Our Story

One morning at 12 Amherst.....
                                                                                                              
An anxious girl pacing across her room, thoughts running through her head,
"Should I meet him, should I not....ummm... let me just not turn up at all, let me just switch off the phone."

Suddenly the phone rings. "Hello, where are you? I have landed !!"

She picks up her bag and rushes to the train station. 
She knows he would have to wait for at least two and a half hours until she can reach Heathrow.

At Heathrow Airport, the same morning....
                                                                                                                                                    
A young man was getting very angry as he thought, 
"Will she even turn up !? But how can she be so late when I have flown 3500miles to meet her !!" 
As  the time ticks away, his patience was beginning to wear away.

Let me give her a ring again. 
"Sorry for being unavailable to take your call right now, please leave a message."

He becomes even more anxious as he takes out another coin to dial her number yet again 
while he tries to weigh if he made the right choice. 

AMT Coffee, Heathrow Airport, two and a half hours later... 
                                                                                                                                                                                                           
She spotted him in the Purple Tee, he said he would be wearing and thought, 
"Let me walk around the corner, he should spot me first and introduce himself."

He spotted her and walked around pretending not to recognize her, 
"She turned up!! TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATE !! 
I am not gonna walk up to her, let her come up and apologise !!"

Love at first sight......naah !!

We both thought the same, 

"O come on.....lets meet now and give each other a chance

 to know each other at least."

We still laugh over the sequence of events today and 

look forward to laugh about it 

through the rest of our lives.......!
